I had an excellent, relaxing stay at a quirky little place on a perfect beach. The beach was beautiful, with a cold spot in the ocean where a Cenote is coming out. The food at the resort was really good, and I especially enjoyed the buffet breakfast. The entertainment staff were friendly and the bartender, Marco, offered great advice on places to check out.

The value for money at this hotel was very nice - we got a great deal during the off-season and enjoyed a peaceful stay. It was the perfect place to relax and soak up the sun. the resort had multiple pools that were clean and well-maintained, providing a great alternative to swimming in the sea. the staff at the resort were friendly and attentive, making sure that all guests felt welcome and taken care of.

the lack of access to the sea was disappointing. Due to certain restrictions, swimming in the ocean was not possible, which was a letdown.
